Commission:
Basic:       $260 per month.  
Includes grass hay and grain twice daily.
Plus:         $275 per month.  
Includes basic board plus daily turnout.
Pasture:   $155 per month.  
Includes pasture with grass hay and grain twice a day.     

Please notice:
Horses requiring more than 6 lbs of grain per day (one full scoop
AM and PM) will be charged an additional $20 per month.  A
maximum of two owner provided supplements are given at no extra
charge. Additional supplements will be given at a charge of $10 per
month.  Pasture horses are charged a $5 tank heater fee November
through March.

Full Training:     $575 per month.  
Includes the basic boarding rate, full training and four lessons per
month on owner's horse.  Unused lessons do not roll over to the
next month and credit is not given for unused lessons.  Additional
lessons on school horses will be charged a discounted rate of $25
per half hour session.

Maintenance:    $465 per month.
Includes the basic boarding rate, maintenance training and two
lessons per month on said horse.  Additional lessons on school
horses will be charged a discounted rate of $25 per half hour
session.

Lesson Horse Lease: $100 Monthly Lease Fee
Lesson horses may be available for lease for two to three month
time periods.  During the lease period you are expected to pay
Maintenance fees in addition to the Lease fee.  The lease will
include three lessons per month; however, more can be purchased
and are encouraged.  More specific information on leasing a horse
can be provided as requested.


$100 per round trip or $.85 per mile if greater than 120 miles round
trip.


$45 Saddle and Bridle rental per show
$40 Day Care per day at show
$45 Show clipping and preparation for boarders
$70 Full Body Clipping  
(may be required for fall, winter and early spring horse
shows)
$75 School Horse rental per show

Office fees, stall price and bedding fees will depend on the show
attended; each exhibitor is responsible for these fees.  All show
office fees must be paid prior to each show.  Office, stall and entry
fees are non-refundable once entries have been made on your
behalf.

Tack Room charges are equally divided among all exhibitors.  We
typically use 1- 2 stalls per show for this purpose.


A 10% commission shall be paid to Foster Farm for horses bought
and/or sold with the supervision or aid of Foster Farm and/or
Natalie Payne.
